1. Booking and Payment Methods
• Reservation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit and our written confirmation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your trip (after the deposit) must be paid in full 60 days before departure.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
○ Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
○ PayPal: Securely complete your transactions using your PayPal account.

2. Tour Packages and Pricing
• Package Pricing: All tour package prices will be provided in INR or USD. Prices listed are per person and subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before confirming your booking.
• Custom Tours: For custom or private tours, a personalised quote will be provided, and payment terms will be mutually agreed upon.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
• We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, cancellations are subject to fees as outlined below:

• Cancellation by Wild Wild Wanderer: In the rare case that we need to cancel your trip, we will provide a full refund or offer you an alternative trip of comparable value
• Refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account. within 15-30 days of cancellation. 

4. Late Arrival
• Late Arrival:Participants are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled tours. Late arrivals may result in the inability to join the tour, and refunds will not be provided.

5. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
• Weather-related Changes: Tours may be subject to changes or cancellations due to inclement weather. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, wildlife migration patterns), we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. Reschedule options will be provided.

6. Changes to Itinerary
• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or in the best interest of safety. We will inform you of any significant changes beforehand.

7. Travel Insurance:
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

8. Travel Documents
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have all valid travel documents, including passport, visas, and vaccinations, as required for your destination. We can provide general information, but you are responsible for meeting entry requirements.

9. Health and Safety
• You are responsible for your health and safety during the trip. We recommend consulting with a physician before embarking on any wildlife adventure, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
• You must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides and local authorities.

10. Wildlife Encounters
• Wildlife is unpredictable. We will do our best to ensure safe and responsible wildlife viewing, but you acknowledge that there is inherent risk involved in encountering wild animals.

11. Limitation of Liability
• We act as a trip organizer and cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from causes beyond our control, including acts of God, weather, wildlife encounters, political unrest, or mechanical failures.

12. Indemnification
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in our wildlife travel adventures.
